| ELIGIBILITY: |
Contestants must be regular crew on a yacht participating in the
Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show 2009. No outside help please.
For logistical reasons we must limit contest to yachts docked at
Bahia Mar Yachting Center, Hall of Fame Marina & Las Olas Docks.

Please submit our convenient online entry form that will be
automatically sent to us, or download our entry form and fax it to
YACHT NEXT at 954-761-7868.
Entry forms must be submitted by 5pm Monday, October 26th, 2009.
Particpation will be limited to 20 contestants so please enter early.

THEME – PUTTING ON THE RITZ
Show us the GLAM. Create a complete FORMAL table setting at any
Interior Dining Table showcasing your skill in creating the most unique
and lavish presentation that your signature style dictates. Make your
centerpiece a showpiece, add the perfect music and go the extra mile to
gain those winning points. Remember, it's all about the details.

THEME – A FOREIGN AFFAIR
Being crew on a yacht gives you the opportunity to travel to lands others
only dream about. Choose a country, continent, or ethnicity to showcase in your table presentation. Take us away to Greece, Mexico, Italy, Ethiopia – wherever captures your imagination.
Make this one CASUAL & FUN. This is an opportunity for you to go over the top with your own creations at an outdoor dining area. Use any props/found objects in your bag of tricks – combined with your
Informal Table Service – to transport your guests on an exciting International travel adventure aboard.

Points will be awarded for most innovative, most unique, most detailed, most new and exciting – what's the NEXT thing to setting the gold standard for service afloat!

Yacht Next Perfect Setting trophy will go to Best in Show – the yacht earning the most points earned in both categories combined.
Yacht Next is excited to announce that their "Best in Show" Grand Prize for the 2nd Annual Perfect Setting
Challenge is being provided by Triple S Consultancy.
The Steward(ess) or team of Stews collecting the most TOTAL
points in both PSTC 2009 categories will be awarded a coveted Excellence in Service Training
Module in either Butler Service I, Cocktail & Barista or Wine Knowledge.
– Value of this prize is €1500 Euros. The Best In Show Trophy, Grand Prize & Champagne Cooler presented by Yacht Next.
