Contestants must be crew working onboard a yacht participating in the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show 2011.

Please submit the online entry form that will be automatically forwarded to us.
Entry forms must be submitted by 5pm Wednesday Oct 26th. Particpation will be limited to 20 contestants so please enter early. |

THEME – WORLD CLASS (Formal) Think of a spectacular global destination that inspires you... a dynamic country, city or culture. Then capture & showcase its unique & luxurious style. Create a complete FORMAL table setting at any interior dining table displaying your creativity and skill in creating a stylish & "world class" entertaining experience. |

THEME – COLOR SPLASH (Informal) Let yourself go and have fun with color, texture & patterns in a relaxed casual style. Display your creativity, wit and quirky personality in an outdoor dining space. |

Note: Yachts may enter in one or both Categories. |

Points will be awarded for most innovative, most unique, most detailed, most new and exciting – what's the NEXT thing to setting the PLATINUM standard for service afloat! |

| PRIZES: |
Yacht Next is excited to announce that their "Best in Show" Grand Prize for the 4th Annual Perfect Setting Challenge is being provided by Triple S Consultancy. The Steward(ess) or team of Steward(ess) collecting the most points in both PSTC 2011 categories will be awarded a Training Module in either Butler Service I, Cocktail & Barista or Wine Knowledge. – Value of this prize is $2,250 Dollars There will also be prizes for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place showing in EACH category. Provided by Bernardaud, Varga Crystal, Alain Saint Joanis, Dessange Salon & Spa, The Grateful Palate, Ercuis, Molton Brown and many more. |
